What IS a Specialty?
A specialty is an area where I have gained a lot of experience and competence through education, reading, and/or supervision. I have training in numerous issues and techniques that help people better understand themselves and change lifelong patterns. I have also learned, and continue to learn, from my clients. By connecting with you, I have seen first hand how your inherent wisdom, combined with curiosity and a commitment to growth, can open doors to unexpected strength and possibility.
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process where we work together to
explore and address any personal challenges, emotional issue or
relationship concerns you are dealing with.
Depression is an issue that can affect how you think, feel and
handle daily activities. It goes beyond the normal ups and downs
that people experience in everyday life.
It is a natural and sometimes adaptive response to stress or
potential threats. It's a normal part of life, and everyone
experiences it to some degree.
Chronic pain and illness refer to conditions characterized by
persistent, long-term discomfort, pain, or health issues that last for
an extended period, often beyond the expected time for healing.
